• First and last name and residential address: it is obviously important for us to know who you are. We need to be able to identify you.
• Phone number: Sometimes it is necessary to contact you quickly, for instance if a room did become available last minute, or you might have forgotten a personal item after check out.
• Email address: you will receive an email confirming the reservation and we will send you the accommodation invoice. After staying with us, please share your thoughts. We do seek customer feedback to improve our services.
• Payment Information: For payments and to guarantee your reservation, we do use a secure environment. In this way we ensure that your creditcard or other payment information is safe.
